"Poetic Toreador" by Nanna Isbrandt
This collection is inspired by the unpolished drama from Spanish bull fighting and flamenco dancing, which is intermingled with a Nordic white, poetic universe. It is feminine romanticism mixed with masculine power.
Tight legs, high waists and short decorated jackets from the bullfighter’s costume are mixed with layers, frills and volume skirts from the flamenco dancer. Everything is created in pure, white nuances.
The poetry gets an edge when decoration, silver print and delicate materials are combined with unrefined denim, rope, and pure, white hides.
